Lead Renal Nurse Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced renal nurse to lead our team of healthcare professionals as a Nurse in Charge on our dialysis unit.

As a senior nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in managing a team, providing high-quality patient care, and contributing to the growth and success of our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting patients requiring dialysis treatment, performing patient assessments, and mentoring junior team members.

The role requires NMC qualification, renal dialysis experience, demonstrable management experience, confident leadership and caseload management, and the ability to work autonomously and with other management.
