We are looking for a highly experienced Renal Nurse in Charge to lead our renal care team at MediTalent Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to patients requiring dialysis treatment and working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have significant experience in renal dialysis, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with our team to deliver high-quality care. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and providing guidance to other healthcare professionals as needed.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously and collaboratively with other management staff to provide high-quality care to patients. You will also be supported by a highly skilled management team who will provide you with excellent training and a clear education plan to support you in your new senior nursing role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support patients requiring dialysis treatment
  • Perform patient assessments during treatment
  • Act as a mentor to junior team members
Requirements
  • NMC qualified
  • Renal dialysis experience
  • Demonstrable management experience
  • Confident leadership and caseload management
  • Able to work autonomously and with other management
