Ward Development Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Ward Development Coordinator to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real difference in patient care and contribute to the development of our nursing services.

As a Ward Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of our wards and departments. You will work closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance practice.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and education, with experience in teaching and assessing. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead developments in the clinical area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating ward development initiatives
  • Conducting needs assessments and developing training programs
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
