We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellbeing and Engagement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our enrichment department, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing wellbeing and engagement activities for staff and learners.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and public services to make a real difference in the lives of others. You will have the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the implementation of our Staff and Learner Wellbeing Strategy.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 28 days' annual leave, rising to 32 days after five full holiday years continuous service. We also provide a pension scheme through the Local Government Pension Scheme and opportunities for career development.

As a Wellbeing and Engagement Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing wellbeing and engagement activities for staff and learners
  • Working closely with the Wellbeing Project Manager and other enrichment staff to support the implementation of our Staff and Learner Wellbeing Strategy
  • Contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the emotional, physical, and social wellbeing of staff and learners
