The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our Regional Manager to set and achieve sales targets, maintain stock levels, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. To support your success, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, including our Qualified to Advise and Healthy Expert qualifications.

We provide a competitive salary up to £27,300 per annum, 25% colleague discount, and 28 days annual leave pro rata.
