Role Description:
This role will involve working closely with families and local communities to deliver tailored support and enable individuals to engage in meaningful activities. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting children and young adults with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or autism
  • Developing and implementing activity plans tailored to individual needs
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and other agencies to ensure comprehensive support

Requirements:
  • Competitive salary: £12.42 per hour
  • Qualifications: minimum one year's experience in a health and social care setting, full driving license, and access to a car for business use
  • Desirable qualifications: Psychology degree, QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
