Job Description

The Staff Wellbeing Coordinator will work closely with the Wellbeing Project Manager, Learner Services Managers, and other enrichment and activity staff to support the implementation of the Grŵp Llandrillo Menai Staff and Learner Wellbeing Strategy. This role will focus on developing and implementing wellbeing and engagement activities for staff and learners.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required, as well as a good understanding of wellbeing principles and practices.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Bangor
