We are seeking a highly skilled Older People Services Coordinator to join our team at Sunnyside House, a residential care home for older people. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality services to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Coordinate and lead a team of care staff to provide exceptional care and support to residents">
  • Develop and implement individual care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on resident care and well-being">
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and outcomes">
  • Contribute to quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and experiences">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior care leadership role, preferably in a residential care setting">
  • NVQ/QCF Level 2 Award in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and willingness to work towards Level 3">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks">
  • A caring and empathetic approach to working with older people and their families">
