Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Care Assistant to join our team on Glaslyn Ward at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Ward Manager in the day-to-day running of the wards, ensuring a safe and effective care environment for patients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Ward Manager in maintaining a clean and hygienic ward environment.
  • Contribute to the development of individual patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Healthcare or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
