About the Opportunity

We are recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team in Bangor, County Down.

As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional support, assisting with daily routines, and helping individuals achieve their goals and thrive.

You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, using Positive Behaviour Support Strategies to enhance the lives of those you support.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • A caring and patient nature with a genuine passion for supporting others
  • A positive, empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities
  • A willingness to support personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with medication
  • Ability to use Positive Behaviour Support Strategies to enhance the lives of those you support
