We are currently seeking a Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at House 15, Enterprise Court, Bangor. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to provide high-quality support and care, and contribute to the development of our services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing person-centred support to individuals with mental health needs, intellectual disabilities, autism, and addictions
- Developing and implementing tailored support plans that promote client dignity and well-being
- Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support
- Contributing to the development of our services and ensuring that they are responsive to client needs
Salary: £22,126.00 per annum. Contract Type: Permanent. Hours: 37.
