Job Role Overview
As a Caremark Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate loneliness and isolation
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring clients receive a balanced diet
- Administer medication, following strict protocols and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including medication administration and care plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless care coordination
Requirements and Qualifications
- Full UK driving license with access to a car for travel between assignments
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Discreet and compassionate approach to client care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
