Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Dulas Ward, YG. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, supporting them with their activities of daily living and promoting their independence.
Main Responsibilities
Delivering a high standard of nursing care to patients, including assisting with personal care, medication, and mobility. Communicating effectively with patients, relatives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care. Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients with cognitive impairments and assisting with post-operative monitoring.

Requirements
