We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. Located in Bangor, Gwynedd, the service supports adults aged between 18 - 65.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support, with a willingness to engage with service users in a fun and meaningful way.
- Salary: £26,477 - £26,926 (including sleeps) with plenty of overtime available
- Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week, 1 sleep per week
- Contract: Permanent
- Shifts: A variety of shifts, including optional sleeps, including weekends
- Location: Bangor, Gwynedd

Responsibilities:
- Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices.
- Ensure the safety of the service users.
- Follow care plans for each individual.
- Take service users out into the community.
- Participate in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
- Varying levels of personal care.
Requirements:
- No experience is required.
- Must be resilient.
- Drivers ESSENTIAL due to location.
- Candidates must be happy to do personal care.
