We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Ailsa Lodge Care Home, Bangor.

About the Job:
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our elderly residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
You will work closely with our clinical nursing team to deliver exceptional care, supporting residents with daily living activities and personal care while promoting independence, respect, and dignity.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a care background and be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily living activities and personal care
- Work collaboratively with the clinical nursing team to deliver high-quality care
- Promote independence, respect, and dignity for all residents
- Support resident's physical and emotional wellbeing
- Promote best practice in health & safety, confidentiality, and security
What We Offer:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary, £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
