We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Equine Practice Receptionist Specialist to join our dynamic team at VC Evidensia UK.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering excellent customer service.
About the Job:- You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, providing exceptional customer service to clients and their pets.
- Working closely with our veterinary team, you will contribute to delivering an outstanding experience for clients and their animals.
- Warmly welcome clients and their pets, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing paperwork.
- Maintain accurate client and patient records, providing updates to clients regarding their pets' care and treatment plans.
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Have prior experience in a fast-paced setting, preferably within a veterinary context.
