**Job Summary**: An Administrative Office and Shipping Coordinator facilitates efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical, administrative and shipping tasks. Additionally, this role coordinates with third party vendors facilities/building matters and maintain efficient and smooth operation of the physical jobsite.

**Essential duties and responsibilities**:

- Follow all safety rules and regulations, all work must be done thinking “Safety First”.
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary. Taking and delivering messages.
- Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
- Responsible for helping the team with any shipping needs.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Occasionally schedules travel, meetings, PR’s and appointments for managers, or executive team.
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Create and maintain office supply inventory systems, both electronic and physical.
- Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and ordering new materials as needed.
- Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
- Maintain calendars.
- For all on -site positions, must show up to work to perform job duties.
- If ever working remote or hybrid model (from home, or offsite location), must be able to travel to LWS office when requested if any company needs arise.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work with and as a Team.
- Get along with others, not creating an offensive or hostile work environment.
- Routinely moves and lift boxes weighing up to 23 kg.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- Pass grades in Math & English required. Some level of further educationpreferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Shipping experience is advantageous.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £13.22 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
