Sales Administration Coordinator

We are a leading manufacturer in our field, based in Abingdon with a busy but fun working environment.
Our Sales Administration team has over 59 years of combined experience, making them a highly reliable team that provides excellent support to our customers and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
- Processing incoming purchase orders, including collaborating with our field-based sales team
- Reviewing and applying Letters of Credit for bank presentations
- Liaising with internal departments to streamline order processing and ensure efficiency
- Maintaining and updating our CRM contacts database
- Raising debit/credit notes as required
- Preparing third-party commission forms for approval
- Coordinating the shipping and return of demo equipment
- Managing demonstration stock inventory and conducting annual stock takes
- Gathering various brochures for customer shipments
- Assisting with registration documentation
- Maintaining and issuing customer pricing agreements
- Addressing short shipments and customer complaints
- Providing general office administration support, including filing and archiving sales orders/invoices
The Successful Candidate:
- Prior sales administration experience (ideally export)
- Strong administrative skills
- Familiarity with fast-paced work environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative team player mentality
- A positive approach to work
