We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our busy Finance Team at Allen-Associates.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the billing ledger, primarily working independently and liaising with customers and colleagues across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate records of the billing ledger to ensure data is up-to-date.
  • Produce timely and accurate billing of fees for monthly and termly invoicing to meet strict deadlines.
  • Respond to billing queries and chase outstanding fees in a timely manner.
  • Manage Fees in Advance Calculations and reconciliations efficiently.
  • Liaise with external agencies and provide funding administration support as required.

About the Role:
