Business Finance Administrator

Austin Fraser seeks a Business Finance Administrator to join their team in Abingdon. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing invoices, and analyzing financial data.
Main Responsibilities:- Ledger Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions comply with internal policies and regulations.
- Invoicing and Billing: Prepare and issue detailed monthly and termly invoices, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Receivables Oversight: Respond to customer billing queries, monitor outstanding payments, and manage effective credit control processes.
- Financial Reconciliations: Perform calculations for advance payments and conduct reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate financial reports and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making within the Finance Team.
- Finance Experience: Previous experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or similar financial roles is essential.
- Qualifications: Ideally, you hold or are pursuing AAT Level 3 certification.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
