Main Responsibilities:
  • Ledger Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions comply with internal policies and regulations.
  • Invoicing and Billing: Prepare and issue detailed monthly and termly invoices, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Receivables Oversight: Respond to customer billing queries, monitor outstanding payments, and manage effective credit control processes.
  • Financial Reconciliations: Perform calculations for advance payments and conduct reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate financial reports and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making within the Finance Team.
Requirements:
  • Finance Experience: Previous experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or similar financial roles is essential.
  • Qualifications: Ideally, you hold or are pursuing AAT Level 3 certification.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
