**Salary**:£24,900 per annum + Benefits

**Covering Hampshire** - Regular travel required across the regions so full licence & access to own vehicle is desirable

**What are we looking for?**
- Supporting our users gain access to all suitable settled accommodation options
- Working alongside multiple partner agencies including the local authority, Housing Strategy Team and Landlord Accreditation Scheme.
- Conducting an assessment with all referred Service Users to determine the appropriate level of support required.
- Preparing and agreeing individual action plans
- Providing intensive support to all Service Users on a one-to-one basis and in group settings dependent on the needs identified by the assessment.
- Bespoke casework to meet individual needs.
- Working with colleagues in partner agencies to achieve successful housing outcomes.
- Developing relationships with relevant providers and with Private Sector Landlords to widen the availability of appropriate accommodation options.

**To be successful you will you will require;**
- Experience of working with vulnerable/challenging people, for example people who have complex needs etc
- Case Management experience (i.e dealing with multiple people, managing their expectations)
