We are looking for an organised and self-motivated sales administrator to support our small but busy exhibitions team.

The main duties of the role will be general sales & administration and you will need to have fantastic organisational and communication skills. Experience is advantageous but not essential.

This key skill set is absolutely essential. You must be articulate, strong, confident, and outgoing.
- Exhibition 'extras' sales, working towards set targets & KPI’s
- General planning and administrative support to the Commercial team
- Drive standards, timely delivery, and review for future innovation & creative design at events
- Purchasing and ordering management; artwork print and design, carpet, and furniture
- Following up with WES staff on internal requests to ensure deadlines are met floor plans, Quotes etc.
- Implement sales materials to support the commercial team (work in conjunction with marketing)
- Work hand in hand with the delivery teams to identify improved ways of working

**Client liaison**
- Communicating client requirements to all internal teams
- Join company meetings (where required)
- Assist with purchasing requirements and logístical bookings as and when required by the Exhibition Operations Manager (EOM), Production Manager (PM) and Head of Commercial (HOC)

**Client Paperwork**
- Provide alterations to CADS plans in a timely manner
- Make updates to proposals and quotations
- Ensure Operations Pack is produced and circulated to clients/venues/staff/crew prior to an event

**Financial Administration**
- Raise client invoices from Current RMS / Xero
- Update the holder of the Sales Spreadsheet to changes in quotation figures
- Request PO Numbers
- Update event P&L Spreadsheets once created by the Account Manager

**Wider team support**
- Keep abreast of competitor products and services, review, report and develop considerations for growth and change within our core business streams.
- Seek ways to improve best practice, streamline services and enhance overall company propositions. Develop and report these to management for approval to roll out across the business streams.
- Develop and or train other staff members where relevant as and when required with the company guidelines of best practice.

**Salary**: £22,000 - £24,000 per year pro rata pending experience

Schedule:

- 25hrs per week (Mon-Fri)
- Ability to commute
