An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Emergency Care Directorate to support the Senior Nurse for Quality & Risk with the administration and co-ordination the complaints handling process.

You will need to manage a busy workload, have an ability to meet deadlines and be adaptable to changing priorities and demands. The role requires you to have excellent communication skills on all levels, produce written work to a high standard, and have excellent IT skills. You must also have the ability to liaise at all levels with strong administrative, customer service and organisational skills and experience.

In return you will have the opportunity to work alongside a well established knowledgeable team and staff across NHS Fife to ensure compliance with the National and Local feedback and complaint handling procedures.

Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
