**HOURS OF WORK: MONDAY AND FRIDAY 5H/DAY/ sometimes Saturdays 8am-12pm**

An Administrator within Jewson is an essential role within the branch network as you will be responsible for protecting the profitability of the branch through Compliance whilst maximising effectiveness and efficiency whilst ensuring high levels of Customer Service are maintained. In order to support the team and our customers you will;
- Support the back office of the branch with all things administration
- Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey
- Analyse Daily reports and take relevant action
- Resolve or escalate Supplier and Customer queries,
- Handling Sales and purchase ledger queries
- Ensure business control compliance
- Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
