**HR & Payroll Administrator**

**£21-24k annual salary**

**Based in Kirkcaldy, Fife**

**ASAP start**

Search consultancy are currently working exclusively with a exciting business based in Kirkcaldy to recruit a HR & Payroll Administrator on a full-time basis. This will be a varied position working within a small HR team, and will be well-suited to an experienced HR Administrator.

**Duties involved in this role will include**:

- Being the first point of contact for HR and Payroll queries from employees and managers
- Investigating and escalating payroll queries
- Preparation of HR correspondence
- Administrative tasks including processing of mail, photocopying, scanning and data management
- Assisting with on-boarding and off-boarding

**Requirements**:

- Strong prior experience as an Administrator and basic knowledge of HR practices this is essential
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Strong computer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office suite
- A positive work ethic and the ability to work well in a team
