**Service Coordination Administrator**

This is a hybrid role based in Hemel Hempstead and there will be no expected travel requirement.

To be the coordination between customers and the Field Service team for Alaris Service and Support. Duties range from logging service requests to managing pending queues of outstanding work to best meet SLAs and managing Time and Materials service callsthrough to providing the necessary paperwork to enable correct invoicing. This role also involves the general administration function for the Call Centre area the coordination and processing of POs, new vendors, consumable sales, and company cars.

**Role Requirements**

**Qualifications & Experience**
- GCSEs in English and maths
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Administration
- Ability to speak fluent French is desirable

**Skills & Competencies**
- Knowledge of Service Max (Salesforce) preferable
- Knowledge Microsoft D365 preferable
- Competent PC skills (including Microsoft Office) are essential
- Good communication skills are vital
- Excellent planning and organisational skills

**Role Responsibilities**
- Setting up new Vendors
- Preparing T&M quotes and follow-up for those not taken up
- Setting up and processing purchase orders
- Maintaining and managing the authorisation process dealing with the vendor and internal Kodak Alaris systems and support
- Working with contracts Admin for finalising Billing Deferrals
- Using experience to help with the Alaris Service business and help out with Contracts Admin duties in this area
- Manage European ASP contracts
- Logging and tracking all-new service tasks
- Take responsibility for the administrative functions of the field service team, this includes updating Holiday Planners, updating the OOH Rota, Spare parts administration (adjustments in D365 as guided by supervision)
- Action any other general administration duties as and when required by the business
- Participate in 24hr telephone standby one week in every three weeks
