Key responsibilities of the administration coordinator include:
- Provide general office admin support
- Be responsible for booking transport
- Raise and process sales orders
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Acknowledge customer orders
- Prepare files for invoicing
- Run daily checks to ensure the goods have been dispatched
**Profile**
- Have excellent planning, organisation, communication and administrative skills
- Have strong administrative experience
- Be competent working independently (once trained) and also as part of a team
- Be able to commute to the office in Hemel Hempstead
- Have strong experience working on Excel, word and PowerPoint
- Be organised
