Office Administrator

A leading local Gas and Plumbing company is looking for a keen and vigilant Office Administrator to join their team in Hemel Hempstead.
The job role will evolve as the business grows and you can mark your way in the industry with us
**Key Responsibilities**:
- The role will include making appointments / liaising with tenants and staff members
- The role will be varied working alongside the managing director to assisting others and working on your own initiative
- Role will also include on-going training to understand plumbing and heating
- Helping and assisting property managers with reports and quotes.
- Organising social events to social media
- Screening calls and taking detailed messages where necessary
- Assisting with the scheduling of engineer appointments
- Assisting with the supply of company specifications
- Following up on outstanding enquiries
- Updating contact lists on the company database
- Client satisfaction follow-ups
**Desirable Skills**:
- Polite Telephone Manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence with all Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent attention to detail
