People Operations Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Lead to join our People team. In this role, you will provide administrative and organisational assistance, coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with the People Experience Partner to ensure all administrative processes are efficient, documented, and accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organisational assistance to the People Experience Partner
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings related to People projects
- Ensure all administrative processes are efficient, documented, and accessible
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation, including project plans, communication materials, and employee engagement records
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have experience in an administrative or coordination position, ideally within a People, HR, or project environment. A competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including a bonus scheme, 25 days' holiday, and discounted food and drinks at our on-site restaurant, await the right candidate.
