Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate records within the HR system, and collaborating with the payroll team to set up new starters correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee contracts, onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
  • Draft contracts and correspondence accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of new starter packs, probationary periods, DBS, and RTW checks.
  • Support the wider HR team in larger projects and admin tasks.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience supporting a People Team as an administrator, coordinator, or advisor.
  • High emotional intelligence and confidentiality handling skills.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and ISO 27001.
  • Solutions-focused problem solver and genuine team player.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
