Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our People Operations Team at our head office in Hemel Hempstead. Our company, The Post At Mint Hill Llc, is excited about continuing its legacy through the projects and opportunities ahead.

We are looking for a skilled professional to provide comprehensive administrative support for a dedicated sector that contributes to the delivery of high-quality People processes in line with our Build Sure commitments and values.

The Role
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including new employee orientation, training schedules, and paperwork completion.
  • Maintain and update employee records in Dayforce in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of employee data in HRIS systems.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure employees understand and comply with company policies.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely submission.
  • Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.
  • Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the HR department.
Your Profile
  • Experience of providing administrative support, preferably within a professional HR shared service environment.
  • Experience of preparing and delivering standard documentation.
  • Experience of using a variety of systems and databases including accurate keyboard skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience of Excel (with the ability to use formulas).
  • Experience with HRIS software.
  • Experience of prioritising, planning and delivering own workload to tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
  • CIPD / CIPP qualification or working towards.
  • Previous experience of working within the construction sector.
