About the Job:

  1. As the Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless administrative operations, generating and issuing customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
  2. You will monitor and review incoming remittances, receive, input, and process supplier bills, coordinate office supplies and equipment purchases, and maintain supplier contact information.
  3. You will arrange meeting rooms, travel, and accommodation as required, support the sales and administrative teams with ad hoc tasks, and serve as an additional point of contact for landlords and their representatives.
  4. You will assist with planning exhibitions and events, collaborating with the Office Manager, and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in office administration or a similar role is essential.
  2. Familiarity with accounts administration, including invoicing and bill processing, is a must.
  3. Experience with ISO 9001 or a comparable quality management system is desirable.
  4. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively are necessary.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software is required.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  7. A professional and proactive work ethic with exceptional interpersonal skills is necessary.
  8. Flexibility to travel within the UK, if required, is a plus.
