Job Title: Administrative Support Lead

Description: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Lead to join our People team at Warner Hotels. In this role, you will provide administrative and organisational assistance, coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with the People Experience Partner to ensure all administrative processes are efficient, documented, and accessible.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the People Experience Partner in providing administrative and organisational assistance
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings related to People projects
  • Ensure all administrative processes are efficient, documented, and accessible
  • Manage and maintain accurate documentation, including project plans, communication materials, and employee engagement records

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have experience in an administrative or coordination position, ideally within a People, HR, or project environment.
