About the Role
The People & Culture Administrator position at our client's construction and plant hire firm presents a fantastic chance to contribute to their journey towards sustainability. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a vital role in shaping the company culture and driving success through your work.

Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include managing employee life-cycles, creating and issuing contracts, onboarding new staff, and accurately maintaining records within the HR system. You will also collaborate with the payroll team to ensure smooth transitions for new employees, track probationary periods, and conduct necessary background checks. Furthermore, you will provide first-line support for people-related queries and requests, handle the team inbox, and participate in larger-scale projects and administrative tasks when needed.

Requirements
To excel in this position, you should possess a strong understanding of HR principles, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Your proficiency in handling sensitive information, coupled with your knowledge of GDPR and ISO 27001, will be valuable assets in this role. With a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 annually, this opportunity aligns with the needs of our client's rapidly expanding organization.
