Job Description

This critical role supports our Project Team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth project execution and fostering collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include creating project documentation, managing project archives, and updating financial records.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support to the Project Team, encompassing tasks such as data processing, report creation, and document management.
  2. Develop RAMS documents using company templates, incorporating site-specific details and producing PDF copies.
  3. Organise drawing packs using Aconex, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  4. Oversee project folders, upload reports to customer portals via Teams, and monitor project progress.
  5. Update financial records on Sage 200 to guarantee precision and accuracy.
  6. Analyse data, generate reports, and track project milestones using Excel.
  7. Purchase hardware for deployments, adhering to established company procedures.

Remuneration Package
