**Job Title**: Customer Service Administrator

**Reports to**: Customer Services Managers
**Direct Reports**: N/A
**Job Purpose**: To support the Customer Service Team by providing assistance with general administrative duties.

Role Accountabilities and Main Duties:

- Support the Customer Services Team and the Sales Team with administrative tasks.
- Sort and input Customer data into the LIMS data management system accurately.
- Prepare quotations for Customers with guidance from the Technical Team.
- Assign Customer queries, complaints and requests.
- Coordinate logistics and courier requests accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with the Laboratory and subcontractors for results if required.
- Record and monitor additional costs and ad hoc charges.
- To communicate any internal issues to the Customer Service Team.
- Provide the CSMs with up to date and accurate data and figures based on CS procedures and targets.
- To liaise with all departments within the Company to develop and maintain effective relationships.
- To make a positive individual contribution to developing and maintaining department KPIs.
- Ad-hoc duties as required and directed.

- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication ability.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer services skills.
- Experience in a customer facing role.
- Positive attitude towards change.
- Close attention to detail.
- Adaptable and flexible in their approach to work.
- Good IT skills (Microsoft based products; Office 365, Excel and Word).
- Accurate data entry skills and highly numerate.
- Adaptability to use various in-house systems and processes
