Customer Service Administrator

We are TDS. We were established in 2003 to operate tenancy deposit schemes across the UK and to provide dispute resolution services in relation to tenancy deposits. We now operate tenancy deposit schemes in England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland from our head office in Hemel Hempstead and our other offices in Glasgow and Belfast. In 2022 we also launched the New Homes Ombudsman Service. We are collaborative and forward-thinking with our colleagues and customers at the heart of everything we do. With our proven success, it is necessary to expand our team to ensure the services we offer continue to make a difference.
We have a new opportunity within our Operations team to join them as a **Customer Service Administrator.**
This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract based at our TDS office in Hemel Hempstead. The role will adhere to our hybrid working policy, requiring a minimum of 2 days in-office per week.
**Some of the key responsibilities include**:
- Receive, review and process statutory declaration forms.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of information provided.
- Conduct quality checks on completed statutory declaration forms including electronic and physical filing systems.
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure efficient workflow.
**To be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate practical knowledge and experience of**:
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Data input on spreadsheets, databases, and other systems accurately and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing, preparing, and processing documents to ensure compliance and validity.
