About the Role

You will be working closely with our Customer Services Manager to ensure that all customer orders and queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively. This includes responding to customer inquiries, processing customer orders, and liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the customer services team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of administrative principles and practices.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
