Office Support Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Tate. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless administrative operations, providing exceptional support to the sales and administrative teams, and contributing to exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Generating and issuing customer invoices
- Monitoring and reviewing incoming remittances
- Receiving, inputting, and processing supplier bills
- Coordinating the purchase of office supplies and equipment
- Maintaining and updating supplier contact information
- Arranging meeting rooms, travel, and accommodation as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Familiarity with accounts administration, including invoicing and bill processing
- Experience with ISO 9001 or a comparable quality management system
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
