The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary is based on national averages for similar roles in the UK.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting the learning and development of young people in St John Ambulance Badger Setts and Cadet Units.
  • Organising a mixed weekly programme to support the growth and development of young people.
  • Supervising and supporting other adult volunteers in their team.
