Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing transactions and applications via an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) system, learning procedures, and understanding parameters of producing high-quality output. They will also resolve queries, escalate as necessary, and log if appropriate. Additionally, they will schedule and prioritize allocated work daily, distribute information, maintain records, and support line management with additional administrative tasks when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have experience within Administration, be confident users of Excel/Spreadsheets, and available to start immediately. They should also be able to work in a team or other structured environment, articulate and maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients.
