Job Summary
Central London Community Health Trust is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Therapy Support Worker to join its multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering rehabilitation services to patients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well within a team, and have a strong commitment to patient-centered care. You will also require a willingness to undertake training to meet competency frameworks and maintain professional documentation.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working options, annual travel card loan, and comprehensive induction program.
