The Role

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Hemel Hempstead, UK. As a key member of our Project Delivery Team, you will provide administrative support to the project team and ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general day-to-day administration tasks to support relevant departments
  • Invoice external clients and internal contractors
  • Set up new orders for Sales and Assets/Sites
  • Load new jobs onto internal trackers
  • Process ADVAM/Payter requests
About You
  • You have previous administration experience
  • A background in Finance would be beneficial
  • You have good time management skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are able to present our offering to clients and team members and manage expectations
  • You work effectively as part of a team to deliver detail-oriented projects
  • You manage your time and resources efficiently while prioritizing and delivering multiple projects
  • You are competent in office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and comfortable learning new tools and processes
