Job Description:
A exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Project Specialist to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. As an Administrative Project Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the project team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth project execution and maintaining excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) using company templates and create PDF copies.
  2. Collate drawing packs using Aconex and maintain project folders, uploading reports to customer portals via Teams.
  3. Update financial information on Sage 200 and maintain project trackers using Excel.
  4. Place hardware orders for deployments using specific ordering websites and adhere to company processes.

Requirements:
This role requires strong organisational skills, including multitasking and time management, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum.
