Administrative Project Specialist

A exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Project Specialist to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. As an Administrative Project Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the project team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth project execution and maintaining excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) using company templates and create PDF copies.
- Collate drawing packs using Aconex and maintain project folders, uploading reports to customer portals via Teams.
- Update financial information on Sage 200 and maintain project trackers using Excel.
- Place hardware orders for deployments using specific ordering websites and adhere to company processes.
Requirements:
This role requires strong organisational skills, including multitasking and time management, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum.
