Job Details
- Accurately logging the first notification of motor claims, including setting clear expectations of the service journey with the customer's
- Proactively managing a portfolio of claims that you have registered and carrying out initial investigations on both first-party and third-party claims through gathering evidence and liaising with various stakeholders to support the claim.
- Taking ownership of all inbound calls whilst providing clear and effective communication throughout
- Making the correct liability decision on every claim, as well as identifying indemnity issues and managing resolutions
- Having difficult conversations with customers about liability decisions preventing customer complaints

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience (pay reviews also completed each year)
