Hastings Direct is seeking an experienced Customer Protection Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Protection Advisor, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers from potential policy fraud by validating their policies and ensuring they have the right level of cover.

You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with policy misrepresentation, using data-driven approaches and expert tools to analyze customer policies and identify potential issues.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,500, plus benefits such as 8 weeks' training and the opportunity to progress within the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Validating customer policies to ensure they meet the correct level of cover
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with policy misrepresentation
  • Using data-driven approaches and expert tools to analyze customer policies
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any complaints or concerns in a timely manner

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
