Job DetailsTriaging new suspected ‘contractual breach’ claims and assessing indemnity, including contacting the customer to obtain a more accurate understanding- Investigating all appropriate enquiries including the instruction of relevant suppliers (including private investigators and intelligence searches)- Servicing inbound and outbound calls from our customers- Working in partnership with our stakeholders to ensure we reach the best commercial outcomes for us and our customers- Working as the first line of defence for protecting the business against contractual breach claims- Ensuring service level agreements are met on cases assigned to you

Skills we would love you to haveExperience of handling motor insurance claims- Knowledge of indemnity principles, complaints and processes- Excellent verbal and written communication, using customer centric language and clear instructions for suppliers

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience (pay reviews also completed each year)
