Job DetailsGathering information to enable early arrival at the correct liability decision, giving consideration to economic settlement, proactively securing appropriate recoveries- Settling third party claims within handling authority to achieve the optimum claims settlement, using our departmental and best practice strategies whilst giving consideration to the avoidance of unjustified litigation and unnecessary spend- Identifying potentially fraudulent cases and liaising with the relevant departments to combat fraud- Negotiating between the policy holder, solicitors and third parties to ensure we’re achieving the best outcome for our customers- Managing and owning the customer experience (including third party)- Managing and maintaining effective relations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service level agreements, policies and governance are adhered to

Skills we would love you to haveSolid motor claims handling experience, ideally with experience of dealing with cases in excess of £25k- Excellent commercial awareness and problem solving capabilities- Strong relationship building skills, customer centric focus and stakeholder management experience
