We are looking for an enthusiastic person to provide admin support for the Cwm Taf Morgannwg Specialist Mental Health and Substance Use Housing Outreach Service. This service provides specialist clinical support and community interventions for complex and vulnerable individuals who find it difficult to access services and are at risk of becoming affected by ill health, poverty and homelessness.

You will undertake administrative duties that assist and support the team in all its activities. You will work flexibly to provide an efficient and effective service to the team and contribute to the effective operation of the Team through the management of data and provision of reporting information.

You will also provide support for the formal steering group meetings, including preparation, collation and distribution of its agenda and associated reports, attendance at meetings to take notes of the proceedings, preparation and distribution of Minutes of the meetings and undertaking appropriate follow-up actions, in liaison with the appropriate partners.

You will need to be a good team player and communicator and be able to respond flexibly to changing demands and priorities.

The hours of work are 37 per week, and the team is based within Sardis House, Pontypridd, CF37 1DU

The post is grant funded until March 2025, however this will be a key role within a busy multi-disciplinary team and therefore this could be extended.
