**Programme Administrator**:
Job description

The Faculty of Business and Creative Industries is seeking to appoint a team of programme administrators who will provide support and guidance to course teams and students, assisting them to subsequently succeed on their chosen pathway. Fundamentally, the post holder will work closely with the academic course teams in helping to create a culture of engagement, through supporting students queries and providing effective data monitoring and administration to ensure student success on large and complex courses. In addition, the team will monitor student engagement, retention and performance throughout the academic cycle, and will liaise with course teams to ensure areas of concern are addressed.

The post holder(s) will need to be proactive, adaptable, and a resilient problem-solver, always seeking to enhance the student experience. You will have a positive approach to your work, be a strong communicator, well organised, and committed, with the ability to work alone and as part of a team. The team will be expected to work effectively with students from a wide range of backgrounds and support student queries as well as carry out regular data analysis and monitoring activities.

These are permanent posts that will support the South Wales Business School portfolio of courses, with a particular focus on large or complex courses. A number of roles are available, with both part time and full time opportunities.
